Chartle is an AI-powered data visualization platform that allows users to create charts from various data inputs including CSV files, text, and images. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze data and generate chart configurations.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Free Plan
Free accounts have limited chart generation capabilities and features as described on our pricing page.
Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.
Lifetime Access
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase that grants unlimited access to the Service for as long as Chartle operates. We reserve the right to discontinue the lifetime offering at any time for new customers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Your Data and Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Chartle and all charts you create. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
License to Us
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of generating charts and providing the Service.
Public Sharing
If you share a chart publicly, you understand that anyone with the link can view the chart and its underlying data configuration.
7. AI-Generated Content
Charts generated by Chartle are created using AI technology. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated visualizations will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of generated charts before use.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Chartle and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHARTLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chartle operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
